- KPI baselining: MTBF, unplanned downtime, recordable rate, OPEX
- Stakeholder map and SSOW handshake with operations

Engineering analysis
Risk-ranked scope, ROI model, and signed-off engineering response.
- Risk-based inspection (RBI) matrix and criticality ranking
- Quantitative ROI model against the baselined KPIs
- Scope-of-work, mobilisation plan, and PTW interface
- Sign-off with operations, maintenance, and HSE

- 03Week 6+
Solution deployment
Crew mobilisation under client SSOW. Daily reporting, weekly engineering review.
- Certified crew mobilisation under client PTW & SSOW
- NDT, chemical, instrumentation, or turnaround execution
- Daily superintendent reports, weekly engineering review
- MOC-controlled scope changes — no field improvisation

Monitoring & optimisation
Remote dashboards and quarterly KPI report against the original baseline.
